GHANA Black Meteors wrapped up their preparations by beat Shooting Stars 2-0 in their final preparatory game ahead of their to Egypt for the U23 African Cup of Nations.

A brace from debutante Samuel Obeng cruised Coach Ibrahim Tanko’s side to  victory.

The U23 team will depart Ghana on Monday to Egypt ahead of the tournament which kicks start on November 8.

Ghana have been drawn along with the host, Egypt, Cameroun and Mali.

Ibrahim Tanko and his lads are poised to end Ghana’s fifteen years absence from the Olympics games and will have to end the competition in the top three to book a place in next year’s Olympics in Tokyo
