Ghana’s U23 side have intensified their preparations ahead of the upcoming Total U-23 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Coach Ibrahim Tanko and Michael Osei took the players through their paces in a morning session at the Accra Sports Stadium today.
The competition is set to kick-off on 8th of November with the finals slated for 22nd November, 2019.
The Egyptian capital, Cairo will host all games with matches at the Cairo International Stadium and Al Salam Stadium.
The Black Meteors are in Group A alongside Egypt, Cameroon and Mali.
The top three finishers at the final tournament will qualify to represent Africa at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
