Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak defeated their youth side Auroras 3-1 in a friendly game on Wednesday morning.

Abubakar Troare, Anthony Quayson and Dominic Eshun were all on target as the senior side won convincingly the club’s training base at Pobiman. Charles McCarthy scored the consolation for the junior side.

The warm up game forms part of the team’s preparations ahead of the upcoming Homowo Cup match against Great Olympics.

The two biggest clubs in the Region will lock horns at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 13, 2019.

The match will be played in commemoration of the annual Homowo festival which is celebrated by the Gas.
