GFA Presidential hopeful Kurt Okraku serenaded the media in the Brong Ahafo Region today with his policies and vision for Ghana Football.
The journalists who were present at the event which was held at the Chesville hotel in Sunyani were left visibly impressed by the ideas put forth by the #GameChanger.
The positive sentiments were also echoed by some football administrators and key stakeholders who were in attendance.
Central to Kurt’s manifesto is his vision for the revival of Ghana football which is captured in a singular phrase; Igniting passion and creating wealth for all.
This vision is anchored on four key thematic areas which seeks to restore integrity and cement a new direction for Ghana Football.
➢Rebuilding trust for and restoring the image and reputation of the GFA;
➢Uniting the football family behind the shared values of transparency, accountability and the prudent management and auditing of finances;
➢Utilization of best practices in good corporate governance
➢Promotion of gender equity.
The Dreams FC Capo is one of the major front-runners for the vacant GFA top seat.
The other aspirants are George Afriyie, Nana Yaw Amponsah, Fred Pappoe, Lawyer George Ankoma Mensah and Amanda Clinton.
The GFA election is slated to be held on October 25 in Accra.
