The Normalization Committee have explained their decision to eliminate Wilfred Osei Kweku from the upcoming GFA Elections.
In a press release on Friday, the NC acting as the Elections Committee said they disqualified Palmer based on recommendations from the Vetting Committee.
The former Executive Committee member was found to have breached Article 33 (5) (c) of the GFA regulations which relates to player transfers.
The Bankroller of Tema Youth FC has confirmed that he will appeal the decision.
Palmer has up to Tuesday, October 8 to submit his appeal.
