Ghana’s Agyemang Badu has made a remarkable return to training after he was diagnosed with a pulmonary microembolism (a blood clot in the lungs) two months ago.
The Hellas Verona midfielder had been hospitalized at the Sacro Cuore hospital in Negrar for treatment.
However, the 28 year old has stepped up his recovery after receiving his medical clearance to start light training.
Badu joined Hellas Verona in the summer on loan with option to buy from Udinese.
