Former Ghana international Malik Jabir has urged Maxwell Konadu and his boys to work harder before travelling to Burkina Faso for the second leg of the CHAN qualifier.
Black Stars B lost to their Burkina counterpart by a solitary goal at home in the first leg encounter on Sunday.
Speaking to Otec FM after the game, the former Asante Kotoko player called on the coach and his players to work harder before travelling to Burkina Faso for the second leg.
“I’ve stayed at Burkina Faso for years and knows their climate and how they play at home. I’m telling you, what we saw here [at Baba Yara Stadium the last Sunday] will be a different game in Burkina Faso”
“We must really prepare before going there. Though Ghana can upset them there, we need to do much harder work” He added
The second leg has been scheduled for 20th October, 2019 at Quagadougo.
