The sensational box-to-box midfielder climbed off the bench to register the all-important match winner for his side 19 minutes after coming on.
The crucial goal is the Ghanaian’s first goal for the side since joining from Frosinone in the Italian Serie A.
Chibsah was introduced into the game on the 60th minute and his addition proved decisive when he grabbed the match winner.
Fellow Ghanaian counterpart Aziz Tetteh lasted the entire duration of the game for the home side as they claimed all three points.
