Ghanaian referee Kwasi Brobbey Acheampong has been selected as Assistant 1 of the third place clash between Mali and Senegal in the ongoing African Games in Morocco.
The 34 year old will assist South Africa referee Eugine Nkosinathi Mduli who has been appointed to officiate the match.
The game will take place at the Stade Municipal on Thursday.
Brobbey is one of 12 assistant referees picked for the competition.
This is his first major tournament in his burgeoning career as he hopes to walk in the footsteps of his late father, referee Francis Brobbey.
