Ghana skipper Andre Ayew is set to join his Black Stars compatriots in the Bundesliga with reports that Werder Bremen are interested in the Swansea City star.
Reports emerging in Germany indicate that The River Islanders are inching closer to securing the signature of the Ghana skipper who has been stupendous for Swansea in the Championship so far.
The 29-year old sought after forward has popped up on the radar of the Germans, who are hoping to sign him before the transfer window shuts on September 2nd.
Werder Bremen will however have to hit hard to secure the signature of the Ghanaian as Fenerbahce and AC Milan are also nosing for Ayew.
Ayew will, however, have to take a pay cut to ensure Werder Bremen meet his demands as his current £80,000-a-week, looks difficult for the Bremen-based club to meet.
