Executive Chairman of Asante Kotoko Dr Kwame Kyei has set his sight on winning the CAF Champions League after years of trying.
The Porcupine Warriors are hoping for a good competition this time around after failing to win the competition in their previous campaigns.
Speaking to the media after paying a visit to the Life Patron of the club Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at his Manhyia palace. Dr Kwame Kyei revealed they are working hard to win the African club competition after failing to win it since 1983.
“We are working hard and praying to win the CAF Champions League. We have really prepared for this African campaign.”
Kotoko will play as guest to Kano Pillars this weekend all the way in Nigeria in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
