The National Sports Authority in collaboration with the Institute of Media Practice have announced the 17th of August for the start of the annual National Media Games.

The annual event seeks to bring all media institutions together for mouthwatering games and above all compete for the ultimate tittle.

Various sports deciplines such as volleyball, athletics, tug of war, apple on the line will be held on the day but the most anticipated of it all will be the football event.

Some participating teams include TV3, Ghana Institute of Journalism, TV Africa, Global Media Alliance, Metro TV, AUCC, GNA amongst others.

Organizers of the event have promised that it will be a great one and are looking foward to putting up more of such events.

The event will take place at the El-Wal Sports Stadium.
