Ghanaian striker Majeed Waris has donated football items to his boyhood club Standfast  Academy in Tamale.

The items which included footballs equipment such as jerseys, footballs, cones and bibs was presented to the team at their training grounds on Tuesday.

FC Porto forward also made the management and upcoming players happy by sharing an undisclosed amount of money to all the players.

According to the player, the donation is to motivate the young players in their quest to becoming global superstars.
