Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi is closely being monitored by Greek Superleague side AEK Athens in the ongoing summer transfer window.

According to Spanish tabloid AS, the 24-year-old attacker could leave the Basque-based club this summer as he eyes more playing time.

Signed from Kazakhstani side Astana last summer, Twumasi made eleven La Liga appearances and failed to find the back of the net.

Asier Garitano will take over as manager of El Glorioso this summer and with Twumasi not in his plans, he might move on loan to establish himself.
