Ghana Black Stars defender Abdul Rahman Baba says his time at Bundesliga side has been one of the best moments in his career.

The 24-year-old spent just one season with the Bavaria side in 2014 where he made 32 appearances providing five assists as they booked a place in the Europa league.

The Chelsea left-back recalled with nostalgic memories as he admits has been the greatest part in his club career so far.

“My time at Augsburg was superb, I always remember with fond memories. Everything was going up, and I was progressing fastly.” Baba told footballmadeinghana.com in an exclusive interview.

“It was a major breakthrough and I thank God for that. Sometimes you look back and dont even know how it happened. It was due to hard work.”

Baba joined Chelsea from Augsburg in 2015 for an undisclosed fee believed to be around 20 Million Pounds.
