Liberty professionals defeated WAFA SC 2-0 in the final group game of the NC Special Competition at the Carl Reindolf park on Sunday.

The Scientific Soccer lads got off to a great start in the opening minutes when Ernest Danso broke the deadlock with a stupendous finish.

The Academy lads improved in the second half but a resolute Liberty defense kept them at bay as they held on to wrap up all three points.
