Ghanaian attacker Kwasi Okyere Wriedt is pleased having won the top scorer award in the German fourth tier.
Wriedt banged in 24 goals in 34 Regionalliga games as Bayer Munich second team qualified for the final play off.
The German-born Ghanaian says he is proud of his output as it shows his hard work.
“It’s nice winning the award, and it is a testament to my hard work. It is a great achievement when you are on top of the scoring list at the end of the season.” Wriedt told Bayer Munich website.
“It is also a great sign that the whole team is doing well though I have been always tagged as super.”
Wriedt who is been courted by Norwich City will lead his team against Wolfsburg II this weekend as they seek to overturn a 3-1 scoreline to secure Bundesliga II qualification.
