Liberty Professionals inflicted a painful 1-2 defeat on Ebusua Dwarfs on Sunday in the Special Competition.

The Scientific Soccer lads got off to a bright start when they took the lead in opening seconds of the match through Elvis Kyei Baffour.

Dwarfs responded brilliantly to their stuttering start and got their deserved equalizer in the 34th minute.

Razak Issah restored parity with a beautiful finish to ensure the game was tied at the break.

Liberty Professionals then turned on the style in the second half, asserting more control and dictating the pace of the game.

Coach Reginald Asante’s changes also proved to be a masterstroke, Simon Zibo climbed off the bench to score what turned out to be the winner in the 73rd minute.
