Ghanaian teenager John Otu will play in the 2019/2020 UEFA Youth Champions League with Real Zaragoza Under 19.

The Youth team of Los Manos saw off the likes of Barcelona, Espanyol and Villareal as they were crowned the official champions of the Under 19 championship in Spain.

With this feat, Otu and his Zaragoza team will feature in the UEFA Youth Champions ;League next season which is going to be their first appearance.

“We were a bit of a joke when we talked about taking Zaragoza to Europe, but in the end that dream has been fulfilled and next year we will enjoy again European teams in Zaragoza. That is a pride and a tremendous illusion, “Iván Martínez the coach of the team told the Press.
