Ghana U23 defender Musah Nuhu has completed a 3-year deal with Swiss side FC St. Gallen, footballmadeinghana.com can confirm.
The former WAFA and New Edubiase defender committed himself to the club after a successful 6-months loan deal with the Espens.
Nuhu signed the contract on Friday until summer 2022.
In the current season Nuhu came so far to nine inserts.
The Ghanaian, who can play both in central defense and in defensive midfield, was loaned out by West African Football Academy (WAFA) for the current season.
According to St. Gallen President, Matthias Hüppi, the Ghanaian promises to be a wonderful signing for his club.
“Musah Nuhu already indicated in the winter training camp that he could become a central point of our squad planning for the coming years.
“A young defensive player with great potential, who fits humanly well in our team. With a great deal of patience, he has steadily developed and convinced us with his qualities,” he said.
Nuhu has been a key figure in coach Peter Zeidler’s team since he started playing in the second half of the season.
