Former Ghana U17 defender John Otu and his Real Zaragoza teams mates were handed the Spanish Youth Cup on Saturday after a wonderful season that saw them as winners.

The Ghana youth international John won the Spanish Division Juvenil De Honor (Under 19 League) Group 4 with Real Zaragoza.

The Junior Los Blanquillos had 67 points to finish on top with Barcelona Under 19 having 66 points.

Otu was the only Real Zaragoza player who featured in all the 30 games and was a pillar at the back for Los Manos.

Aside featuring for the Under 19 team, Otu played a couple of games also for the Zaragoza second team in the Segunda Division.

The 18-year-old central defender joined Real Zaragoza from Still Believe FC which is the youth team of Dreams FC.
