The Capelli boys took an early lead through Samuel Armah who tapped in from close range.
The Eleven is to One lads were forced into a substitution when Gideon Attah Asoandzie hobbled off injured to be replaced by Paul Abanga in the 15th minute.
Two minutes later, skipper Michel Otou came close to doubling their advantage but his fierce strike rattled the crossbar.
Inter Allies continued to dominate proceedings but could not add to their tally as the first half ended 1-0.
Coach Johnson Smith’s half time talks worked wonders on Karela United in the second half.
The Aiyinasi based side started the half very brightly and got rewarded in the 52nd minute, Diawisie Taylor drew them level.
Taylor was on hand again few minutes later to put the visitors 2-1 ahead.
But there was to be one last twist in the 85th minute, Abdul Nassiru Hamzah scores a late equalizer to ensure both teams shared the spoils.
Karela United is second on the league log with 18 points while Inter Allies lies bottom of the table with 6 points.
