Regional rivals Elmina Sharks and Ebusua Dwarfs played out a 0-0 stalemate at the Nduom Sports Stadium on Wednesday.

It was a cagey encounter as expected in the opening exchanges of the derby with both teams battling for every 50-50 ball.

Both sides enjoyed good spells in possession but the hosts shaded the stats as the first half ended 0-0.

The second half was a tale of missed opportunities as the Sea Animals and Crabs again struggled for cutting edging in the final third.

In the end the draw is a fair reflection of the game and neither teams will be too unhappy to share the spoils.
