Ghana striker Mahatma Otoo bagged a brace for Balikerispor in the 7-1 thumping of Kardemir Karabukspor in the Turkish second division on Monday night.
Steve Beleck and Foxi Kethevohama opened the floodgates in the first 20 minutes.
Before the former Hearts of Oak hitman registered his name on the scoresheet in the 38th minute to give the home side a three-nil lead.
Beleck (two goals) and Nizamettin Caliskan got in on the act before halftime to extend Balikerispor’s advantage.
The Ghanaian grabbed his brace at the start of the second half to complete the rout.
Batuhan Kurt scored a consolation goal for the visitors in the 75th minute.
Otoo has now scored four goals in 27 league appearances.
