The Black Stars of Ghana will be based in Ismailia for the group stages of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations which starts on 21 June in Egypt.
Ghana are in Group F with defending champions Cameroon, Benin and Guinea Bissau in an all West African affair.
The 18,525-capacity Ismailia Stadium will host all the matches of the group.
The facility is used by Egypt Premier League side Ismaily SC, and was one of six stadiums used in the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
Ghana has an unpleasant memory of the Ismailia Stadium after suffering an unforgettable 2-1 defeat to Zimbabwe in their final group game of the tournament with Benjani Mwariwari scoring both goals.
Baba Adamu ‘Armando’ fetched Ghana’s only goal in the game but was not enough to qualify the Black Stars to the knockout phase of the competition.
Ghana’s first game will be on 25/6/2019 against Benin in Ismailia at 10pm local time.
The second game will be against Cameroon 4 days later with the last game in Suez against Guinea-Bissau.
Two games will be played in Ismailia and 1 in Suez.
