Chairman of the Ghana League Club’s Association, Cudjoe Fianoo has lauded the youth system of Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC.
Fianoo maintains that Dreams FC are on the right path as their vibrant youth policy helps the clubs to get better players for their senior team and the country as a whole.
“Your youth policy is worth mentioning, this is a club which believes in building structures on solid foundation by running lower clubs to serve as conveyor belt in the production of talents.” Fianoo stated during the launch of the Dreams FC anniversary
“The positive results of catching them young policy is there for everyone to see. Baba Rahman and others who have made it to the various national teams come to mind.”
Dreams FC currently have four other Juvenile teams namely In God We Trust FC (Under 12, Under 14, Under 17 ) and Still Believe (Under 20) aside the senior team which compete in the Ghana Premier League.
