Inter Allies defender Ishmael Otutey says they were unlucky not to have grabbed all the three maximum points against Elmina Sharks over the weekend.
The Tema-based club dominated the game with Otutey in the thick of affairs but they found Sharks a hard nut to crack as the game ended goalless.
Otutey revealed that despite the game being tough, luck eluded them as they could have gotten all the points at stake.
“It was a difficult game but we played well. It was hard luck that prevented us from getting the goals.” Otutey told his club’s website
“I wish we won the first game in the competition but that didn’t happen. We were always in a hurry to score but we couldn’t get any.”
He added: “We’ll work towards getting better and ready for the next game against WAFA.”
