Ghana
Richard Ofori- ( 7 /10) Commanding performance by Richard Ofori. Made a great save in the second half to denied Juma. Commanded his defense very well.
,Lumor Agbenyenu – ( 7 /10) – Combined with Atsu and caused a lot of problems for the Kenya on the left side. He can still improve on his final delivery.
John Boye – (6 /10) Nearly gifted Kenya a goal , he will thank his stars and Richard Ofori for saving his arse. Has to do away with his complacency.
Daniel Opare – ( 6/10) A mix performance from the lad. Very good on the attack but struggled at times when making final decision.
Kasim Nuhu Adams – ( 7/10 Great game by the former Medeama defender. Was very comfortable at the back. Didn’t lose any duel against Juma. Covered a lot for the Shaky John Boye.
Thomas Teye Partey – ( 7 /10)
Looked slow and was caught on the ball several times, below his imperious best. Still made a lot of impact to stop the visitors
Mubarak Wakaso ( 7 /10) – He never put his foot wrong in the game. Was everywhere on the pitch. Got his long range passe on point .
Andre Ayew – ( 6/10) Not the best performance from the Captain. Will be disappointed his goal was disallowed after pouncing on a rebound. He worked very hard for the team.
Emmanuel Boateng,- ( 6/10) – The Striker Struggled to get himself in the game. Couldn’t get the supplies he was craving for throughout his stay on the pitch. Not surprise he was withdraw.
Christian Atsu – ( 7 /10 ) One of the brightest spot in the Ghana team. He was a thorn in the flesh if the Kenyans. Caused a lot of problems on both wings. He will feel let down with his final delivery .
Jordan Ayew – (6 /10) Had to drop deep in midfield in search of the ball. Won a lot of fouls at dangerous position as he was been kicked by the hapless Kenyan defense.

Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Alfred Duncan, Kwadwo Asamoah, Alhassan Wakaso, Jeffrey Schlupp,
Kenya
Patrick Matasi (GK) – ( 5 /10) – He could have done better on Ghana’s goal. A bit shaky manning the goalposts for the Harambee Stars.
Philemon Otieno, – ( 7/10) Good game by Otieno. Very dangerous running on the flanks. Gave Opare a good run for his money.

Joash Onyango – (6 /10)
Faded with time and it was his lack of positional awareness which let Ekuban got the only goal in in the game.
Eric Ouma – ( 7/10) Continues to improve as a defender. Perfectly placed to deal with every danger by Atsu and Boateng. Was very dominant at the back.
Victor Wanyama – ( 6/10)
Picked to aid ball circulation but he couldn’t help control the game. Was left chasing the ball in the middle.
