The funeral ceremony of the late mother of former Black Stars skipper Stephen Appiah comes off this weekend in Accra.
The burial ceremony of the late Madam Afua Amotey Aidoo will be held at the John Wesley Methodist Cathedral, Palladium Accra at 9:00am on Friday 15th March 2019.
The ceremony will be followed by her internment at the Abandze Royal Cemetery.
The final funeral right of the late Madam Afua will be held immediately after the internment at the John Wesley Methodist Cathedral, Palladium Accra where the burial service took place.
There will be no activity on Saturday with the Thanksgiving Service coming off on Sunday at East Legon Executive Club House (next to the Police station) at 2:00pm.
The late mother of Stephen Appiah was 73 years old.
Stephen Appiah is now the the Technical Coordinator of the Black Stars after his historic feat of leading the team to its first ever FIFA World Cup.
