Asante Kotoko have been handed a huge boost as midfielder Richard Senanu has resumed normal training two weeks after injury layoff.

Richard Senanu has been taking part in the team’s full training session and will be available for selection on Sunday when the Porcupines face Al Hilal on Sunday.

It will be good news for C K Akonnor who rates the defensive midfielder very high in his team selection.

The 24-year-old suffered a ligament injury in their CAF Confederation Cup match against Zesco United.

He missed the two-legged encounter with Nkana FC in Zambia and also in Kumasi.
