Hearts of Oak head coach Kim Grant has hailed the impact of his young players after beating Swedru All Blacks to clinch the Obaahema Abena Agyei Memorial Cup.
Grant insists the teenagers are justifying why he promoted them to the senior team and he is gradually getting a headache on his team selection due to abundant of talents.
“For me is about development, I always say If you are good enough you will play. There is competition in the team and is good for the senior players as well.” Grant stated in the Post-match
“They are part of the team, they have to be respectful. Everybody has to fight, anybody can come to the team and win the game for us. That shows the selection headache I have.”
He continued: “The young boys have come and showed the quality they have. That is what I saw in them, that was why I bring them to the senior team.”
Hearts of Oak will not play any friendly game this weekend as the coach has given the boys break.
