Talented Ghanaian defender Moro Ibrahim has been handed a call up into Ghana national U23 side the Black Meteors.
The 19-year old is among 24 players invited by deputy Ghana coach to commence camping ahead of Ghana’s U23 AFCON qualifier with Gabon next month.
The Black Meteors will take on their Gabonese counterparts on March 22 at the Accra Sports Stadium in the final phase of the qualifiers.
Moro whose sturdy rise has seen him earn invitation to the Black Stars B, the Ghana U20 side and now the Ghana U23.
The talented left back is not only good at defending but combines offensive play and technique in a unique manner, making him a subject of invitation by every coach.
The youngster is, however, expected to battle competition from Montari Kamaheni of Dreams FCand William Denkyi of Hearts who also play as left backs or left wing backs.
