Ghana striker Michael Sarpong is happy after winning the Rayon FC SKOL-MG Player of the month for January 2019.

The talented forward was fantastic in the first month of the year netting four league goals and providing three assists as Rayon FC climbed to second place.

Sarpong was officially handed the award on Wednesday by officials of SKOL-MG who are the headline sponsored Rayon and he was very elated about it.

“I am very excited with the award, I will keep working hard for this great team as we seek to win the league trophy.”

“This is just the beginning of great things, hopefully more will come.”

Sarpong who joined Rayon from Dreams FC in September last year has now netted ten league goals.
