Aduana Stars captain Emmanuel Akuoko has revealed that they are in a state of mess as they are not financially sound.
The experienced defender stressed that the suspension of all football activities in Ghana and the subsequent cancellation of the NC Special tournament has had adverse effect on them.
“Financially and physically we are suffering greatly Because there is no football activities in Ghana” Akuoku told Happy FM
“The Normalization committee and club owners must sit and solve their problems because we the players are the victims.”
“Demonstration at this stage won’t help us but rather we should allow PFAG to deal with the situation because we have expressed our grievances to them to take to the Normalization committee.”
He added: “The last time We received our salary was before we resumed camping for the special competition.”
Aduana Stars are said to be owing their players three months salaries.
