Former management member of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Dr. Kwame Baah Nuakoh has called on the current leadership of the club to respect and involve former management in their activities to ensure great achievement.
According to Dr. Baah Nuakoh, past management members must not be left grieving over the club due to neglect and must be shown respect.
He believes showing respect to the past management members will earn their goodwill to help the club win laurels.
“The kotoko family should be one and try to lure those who have worked with the club before.
“What makes you a big club is when you have the experience. The experience is based on who has done it before.
“But if you turn away those who have done it before, some will go feeling disgruntled. You will not have the benefit of the experience,” he advised.
Dr. Baah Nuakoh was a management member for the club during the Dr. K.K. Sarpong administration.
