Ghana will play Mali like a World Cup final with Jimmy Corbblah hinting his boys are leaving no stone unturned in their clash this afternoon.
A win or draw for Ghana this afternoon will see them qualify for the World Cup in Poland later this year.
And Jimmy, who’s eager to secure the World Cup spot says his charges will fight Mali this afternoon.
Speaking to the media before the final group game, Jimmy says they are going with the intention of winning not to sit back and look for a draw.
“In times like this, it looks like you are already in the knockout stage. I believe that in such games, you have to go for a win, so that the final destination will be draw,” he said.
”The players are aware that after this, they are going to the medal zone. Mentally they are ready,” he added.
Ghana won the first game over Burkina Faso but lost to Senegal in the second group game, making the final clash with Mali, a game the Satellites must avoid defeat to move on.
