Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Kim Grant has heaped praises on his boys after beating Sekondi Hasaacas 4-0 at the Gyandu Park on Sunday.
Two goals from youngster Manaf Umar and one each from Joseph Esso and Obeng Junior secured the Phobians a comfortable win against the Dooo boys in their own backyard.
The former Elmina Sharks coach expressed his satisfaction after the game as he continues his team building.
“I thought we did very well in the game. You can start seeing that what we have been practicing is working out. The players really followed right formula from the word kick-off,” Grant told Hearts TV.
“I was really pleased with how we started and that’s the type of start I wanted for us and obviously we controlled the game for 90 minutes”
“I’m focus on the telepathy of the team because it has been three months since we started working together . I’m pleased with the progress, is a process and we are not near where I want us to be but we are getting there gradually.” He added.
The Phobians have won all their last four friendly games.
