Andre Ayew’s goal in Fenerbahce 2-0 win over Goztepe has been officially named as the most popular goal of the 20th week of Spor Toto Super League in Turkcell’s fans app GollerCepte.

As at Tuesday, 526,000 have watched the goal on the app making it the most popular goal in the Turkish League for the week according to Turkish tabloid Harberler.

Ayew who was lurking just around the far corner of the Goztepe penalty box had a faint touch of Roberto Soldado’s strike to deceptively beat goalkeeper Antonio Beto for Fenerbahce’s first goal in the seventh minute.

Soldado went running thinking that he has scored whilst Ayew also run to the opposite direction knowing he scored the goal as his touched got the ball into the net.

Ayew has now scored five goals in the Superliga this season.
