Phoenix Rising Stars skipper Solomon Asante has indicated that he is glad to be back at the club.
The Ghanaian winger was Phoenix best player last season scoring 13 goals as they reached the final of the MLS playoff.
Asante says he feels excited to return and the coaches are helping him out to get to his best.
“I feel good, I feel happy and I feel great to be back, Phoenix FC is my family,” Asante told his club’s website after training
“Is a bit tough hard for me but as a professional player I am trying to do my best. The coaches everyone is helping me to be fit.”
The former Berekum Chelsea and TP Mazembe player was courted by various MLS teams including Houston Dynamo but decided to stay at Phoenix.
