Stade Reims new signing Abdul Rahman Baba has reiterated that he knows a lot about the French Ligue 1 as he has been monitoring the games.

Baba who completed a loan move from Chelsea to the newly-promoted French topflight outfit mentioned that he is abreast with the Ligue 1 and cannot wait to start playing.

“The French championship? It’s fast game, a bit physical and is also with quality players. I knew the Bundesliga and I watched a lot of Ligue 1 games, but to find out if there are differences between the two championships will be on the pitch when I am playing.” Baba told his club’s website.

“I saw Guingamp’s match and I can not wait to get into this new competition. ”

Reims are currently 9th on the league log and will host Marseille who are 8th on Saturday at the Stade Auguste-Delaune.
