Bundesliga side – Bayern Munich – is likely to land Ghanaian born English winger Callum Huson-Odoi following the player’s decision to hand in a transfer request at Chelsea.

The Ghanaian-born winger is believed to be seeking the move away from Stamford Bridge in order to get more playing time.

Odoi, 18, is yet to start a Premier League game at Chelsea and has been the subject of a £35m bid from Bayern Munich.

With just 18 months left on his contract, Odoi seeks to land a reported £35m deal with the Bavaraians where he thinks he can be assured of enough playing time.

Odoi has made  just five Chelsea starts and 14 appearances overall.

Despite reports that Odoi has been given a contract extension with an £80k a week, the Ghanaian born is highly concerned about playing time than the money.
