Former Executive Committee member of the Ghana Football Association Kojo Yankah has called on the Normalisation Committee to render account for the international friendly match the Black Stars B played against Namibia last Saturday.
The Black Stars B engaged the Brave Warriors of Namibia in a friendly encounter in honour of Namibia’s President Hage Gottfried Geingob.
It is understood the Namibians took full financial responsibility of the Ghanaian contingent in terms of travel arrangements, accommodation and even appearance fee and the outspoken Western Regional Football Association chairman wants the Kofi Amoah-led committee to provide the public with the details of the agreement between the GFA and the Namibians.
The local-based Stars however lost the match 4-1 on penalties after playing out 1-1 stalemate in regulation time.
“Normalization Committee should render account for the friendly match they played in Namibia. We want to know how much they got they and how much they spent,” Mr Yankah stated on Happy FM .
“Dan Kweku Yeboah has been criticizing the former administration and asking them to render accounts for their activities so since he is part of the Normalisation Committee, he should tell his bosses to render the account.”
