Misr El Makasa head coach Talaat Yousef has heaped praises on Ghanaian international John Antwi after his exploits against ENPPI on Sunday.
Antwi, 26 officially became the highest goal scorer ever in the history of the Egyptian Premier League after he hit a hattrick to take his tally to 63 thus surpassing Papa Arko who previously led with 61 goals.
Talaat commended the Ghanaian on his output and was optimistic he can rise to higher heights.
“Antwi is a deadly striker, very talented and he knows how to score goals. You all saw what he did in the game,” Talaat stated after the game.
“It was a crunch encounter but he won the game for us, it was a great show, the whole team also played well I am very convinced that Antwi will go far,”
The Ghanaian has previously played for Dreams FC, Ismaily, Al Shabab and Al Ahly.
