President of Division one club Amidaus Professionals Baba Gado has stated that he is baffled by the incessant call of football people to go to Congress.

The football administrator opines that those calling for congress are doing that for mischievous purposes and the normalization committee should not listen to them.

“I don’t understand why some people are pushing for congress. What are we going to do at congress ?
Are they doing this just to undermine the work of the Normalisation committee? He quizzed on Asempa FM Sports.

“Those calling for the game to resume are not doing so in the interest of Ghana football. Let’s all keep mute and allow the Normalisation Committee to do their work.” he added.

Baba Gado also blames the two most glamorous clubs in the country for the decline of football in the country.

“Both Hearts Of Oak and Asante Kotoko_SC contributed to the distraction of Ghana football. At a point in time thy both lost their relevance” He said.
