Benjamin Tetteh says he is focused on improving on his form in the wake of his absurd exclusion from the latest Ghana squad.
The 21-year-old is the most inform Ghanaian player in Europe, having scored eight goals and provided two assists in 14 games for Sparta Prague in the Czech Republic top flight.
Tetteh’s eye-catching form has seen him being linked to some stellar clubs in Europe with a January move being mooted.
His exploits for Sparta have however been ignored by coach Kwesi Appiah who instead preferred to have called up struggling strikers for the 2019 AFCON qualifier against Ethiopia.
But the former Ghana U20 star says he is not worried by the international snub as he focuses on keeping his impressive form.
“Mine is to keep working and to improve myself,” he told FootballmadeinGhana.com.
“I will not dwell on anything aside what will help me continue to perform for my club.”
Tetteh’s goal tally thus far this season is over double of what has been scored by all the four strikers called up to the Black Stars squad for the Ethiopia game on November 18.
