Hearts of Oak are being evasive over the imminent appointment of Kim Grant as their new coach.
The Phobians are said to be in advanced talks with Grant to take up the substantive coaching job which was made vacant months ago with the sacking of Henry Wellington.
Grant, a former Ghana international is however currently employed with Ghana Premier League side Elmina Sharks as their technical director.
It is believed talks are being surrounded over how to release Grant from his current employment to make him eligible to take up the Hearts post.
But the Accra-based giants are unwilling to confirm these talks.
“Names keep being bundled about but nothing is official,” Hearts spokesman Kwame Opare Addo said.
“Once everything is set, the club is will come out with an official position.
“But until then, we are unable to mention names as the process is still on course.”
