Accra Hearts of Oak have resumed training ahead of their crunch friendly encounter with Dreams FC at the Theatre of Dreams, Dawu on Sunday.

The Phobians senior team were given a weekend break but they assembled on Monday afternoon to start preparations ahead of their game with Dreams FC.

Interim head coach Seth Hoffman took the players through drills which included physical workout and ball touches.

The last time Hearts of Oak visited Dawu was earlier this year where the game ended 1-1 with goals from Samudeen Ibrahim and Eric Gawu.
