Oduro, once on the books of English giants Manchester City joined Tampa Bay in the second round of the 2017-2018 campaign with hopes of helping them into the American top flight.
And though having a good debut season, Oduro regrets not helping the side gain promotion.
“The season was not too bad, but we were expecting to make the playoffs and unfortunately we couldn’t, we will bounce back and I believe we are going to have an amazing season next year” Dominic Oduro told FootballmadeinGhana.com.
The Ghanaian midfielder also added that games his most difficult games was against Cincinnati and Ottawa
“Most difficult games was against Cincinnati and Ottawa, but I will say against Ottawa, because they are more direct, don’t keep the ball very well so they take their set pieces seriously and they overload the box with more bodies.. a team like that, it’s difficult to keep the ball because what they do is counter attacks” he added.
Dominic played 18 games, scored a goal and provided an assist for Tampa Bay in his debut season.
