Talented defender is out of contract at Aduana Stars and is permitted to listen to offers from interested clubs, the player has revealed.
Anokye Badu is ready to leave the Ghanaian champions after two seasons in which he build a solid reputation as a quality defender.
“My contract with Aduana has three weeks on it to expire.” Badu revealed to Metro FM on Monday.
“I will extend my contract with them if only we both agree on certain terms.”
When quizzed about his opinion on a reported move to Asante Kotoko he said :
“At the moment no one has contacted me from Kotoko. But if I get the opportunity to play for them I won’t hesitate.” He added.
FootballmadeinGhana is informed by sources closer to the player that he is relishing to join forces with ex defensive partner Wahab Adams but this transfer will be subjected to the sanction of head coach C.K Akonnor.
When this website reached Akonnor for a word he declined to speak on the issue.
