Black Princesses head coach, Yusif Basigi has showered praises on the Black Queens team after their 3:0 victory against Western Select Side on Wednesday at the Essipong Sports Stadium.
The former Sekondi Hasaacas head coach said that there is a vast difference between playing with a select side and a club side and added that the Black Queens have a very good team after following them throughout their preparation for the 2018 Women’s AFCON.
“Normally playing against a select side is a bit different because you won’t get the best out of the best, you will sometimes get very good players from the select side but because they don’t play as a team, you won’t get as you want, unlike playing against a club side.
“All the stiff oppositions they were playing against club side, they drew against Ampem Darkoaa, drew against Sea Lions which was also a club side, so could see the difference, they won against Kumasi, Tamale and Western Select Side when they played against them.
“It doesn’t mean the Black Queens aren’t a good side; they are a very good side” he said in an interview with Footballmadeinghana.com
